Dear Ewa,
It's always nice to get home and find a note, but it's specially nice to have some red fruits along with it. It had to be you, always kind. Every time you have surprised me with someting left on my kitchen door (it seems you choose the time to leave the neighborhood when I'm not around to notice you are already leaving), I have had the honest intention in giving something in return whenever you come back, at least a thank you note. Well, this letter does aknowledge all those times I intented to thank you but never did.
Don't you think it's funny how we have only seen each other no morethan 7 times,
and still I have receive from you lot's
of cans and big bags of dog food, plants, cherries and nectarines?
How is your arm doing?
I know it has passed almost a year since that dog bite you, but I still want to ask.
Oh Ewa, I'm so glad you haven't been around to witness the happenings on the house next door (i.e my house, the CAMM house), 'cause I'm sure it would scare you too, and probably made you think erroneously about us...We DO take considerations whenever you are around, somehow we care about your tranquility and good night sleep, but we could not have anticipated that. Anyway, I percieve that day as a season finale of a TV series: and since then, what I have learned, the intuitive sensibility I'm developing, the fears that arrise when I'm about to sleep, the love and unity that reigns at the CAMM house, the strangest people I have met -and what they have to say- it's what scripts the first episode of the new next season, and your simbolic appearance at the very end of this first episode, well let's just say it's like the cherry on the cake.
Thank you Ewa, I really really want to give something in return. I'm sure you like plants but maybe it's not a good idea given you barely come to our neigborhood....how about an apple pie (I bake really good apple pies you know)...or maybe a framed picture of a sunset?...
Alicia, next door.
pd.- The fixed and timed lights in your house have a special glare around 5am, particularlly the ones that reflect in my kitchen...trippy!!!
